I've decided to do a customer survey. Totally optional and all that, though there are some unreleased eyes in it for you if you respond. (For every four questions you answer, you get two pairs of eyes. Since there are ten questions, this means you can skip two. I always liked it when teachers gave me that option on tests.)

On with the questions:

For every four questions you answer (in their entirety), you get a unisex gift. (Since there are ten questions, this means you can skip a couple and still get both the presents.) This offer expires on Saturday, September 1.

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line):
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line):
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently):
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now):
e. Hair:
f. Eyes:

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?

I hope you wanted answers here. If you'd prefer them as a notecard, I'd be happy to drop one in world. ^_^

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)
Originally, I believe I saw it on Linden Lifestyles. I kept running into the store name on blogs, and eventually decided to check it out in world.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?
I would prefer that the eye packs are all the same eye shade. I only wear one color eyes (green!) but I do love to collect them; it would be far more convenient for me if I could pick up all the greens in one go, especially for a reduced price, rather than purchasing them one by one.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?
I mouse over the vendor to read the price, yes. This is how I check the price on *all* items, so when it isn't listed in the mouse over (either as a direct "buy" option or in the object's details) I find it frustrating.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?
I think the departments make it easier for find things because it groups categories in one place. Open floor plans are usually less structured, which is a problem. However, I think it's very important that the area still remain easy to cam around in, which means no transparent textures over doorways, etc. That way, things are conveniently grouped but I can look at all of them from one place by using my camera. That saves me time, both in finding and in walking.

I will admit, however, that grouping the everyday and the... not everyday? line separately makes me more likely to buy solely from the everyday line and ignore the expensive items.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?
I would find this a lot less convenient, and I think it would decrease purchasing. Being exposed to items that I didn't expressly come for makes me more likely to buy more; if I come simply to browse, I like everything to be in easy access, and walking between boutiques greatly decreases that access. Honestly, I really like the set up as it is now. ^^

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?
Nopes. (Live models, like running into the designer in the store or being greeted by on-hand help, tends mostly to make me feel like there's an attendant standing over my shoulder making sure I don't shoplift or talk too loudly. I know that's a silly fear, but for me it's still true. Camping "live" models aren't so bad, but they don't really sway my decision one way or another, and when they suddenly talk when I'm inspecting their wares it can be a bit surprising.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?
I've never had a problem with lag at the store, thankfully.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): I honestly think they're too high. I know I've never bought an item from this line—the work is beautiful, but I can't quite justify purchasing it.
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): Maybe a little too low? But honestly I love the prices on the everyday line, and they're low enough for work that is high quality enough to justify all number of impulse buys.
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): A little too high. Not unreasonably so, but enough that I've yet to buy anything from this line.
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): A little too low, but it did give me an excuse to buy the fatpack, so... I love the prices on these, but I think you are underselling yourself.
e. Hair: Ideal.
f. Eyes: Ideal.

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?
I find the contemporary items more wearable, which helps me justify purchasing them, which is sorta like saying I like them more. However, in the Miriel Jewelry line particularly, the ornate period-style work is absolutely lovely, and period-style jewelery is easier to pull off than medieval ball gowns. I'd like to see more contemporary hair and clothes, but the jewelry I think works best as a range across time periods.

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?
Nopes.

Oh second thought, I have a few comments to add to question 10...

* Consider making more drop necklaces... ones with longer chains, that extend further into the cleavage. There aren't enough of those on the market, and they're wonderful for layering necklaces and they suit some avatars and outfits better than necklaces that sit close at the neckline.

* Your primwork is exceptional, but it's often too small to be seen. E.g. in the tree of life piece: it was impossible to see from any distance, and even zoomed in as close as possible the branches were basically lost. On the Cross Your Heart necklace, the colored stones are so small that it basically doesn't matter what color you set them too--you can't see them anyway. I wish items were a tiny bit bigger. A larger size would make the jewelry more visible from a distance, making for a more complete outfit, and it would be nice to really appreciate the primwork and stones.

1. I found out about Lassitude and Ennui first, on a blog, and then attended the sim opening of Nouveau. Since then, I drop by Nouveau pretty regularly and make the rounds of the shops.

2. I honestly don't switch eyes very often. I do think that one really doesn't know what they're going to look like until you put them on, so I suppose I'd vote for related colors packaged together to choose the precise effect. I can see an argument for variety too though.

3. I absolutely always mouse the vendor first for price

4. I like the department approach; I always know where to find things.

5. I'd rather you didn't break it up so much - I do wander the rooms.

6. I haven't paid much attention to the live models, so, no.

7. The lag in the store is not bad at all. I've plowed through much worse to get what I want.

8. a) Jewelry... priced about right
b) Everyday jewelry... insanely cheap.
c) clothing.. not sure, haven't bought any lately
d)little retro... the colors are great, but um... the finishing is a bit .not smooth... so I'd say it's priced correctly.
e)hair... haven't bought any... not sure of the price
f) eyes... nice price

9. I'm all for variety. I like historical pieces. I'm surprised that there isn't more of this on the grid.

10. I think Miriel's is an easy and pleasant place to shop. And thank you for the treasure hunt freebie. The hunt was fun and the coral set is beautiful.

1. How did you find out about this store?

I'm fairly sure that I found your store through Siyu Suen.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

Typically, I buy only one shade - green. But I have long made an exception with your eye collections, and yours only, and I buy almost all of them, regardless of color. I just think they are that good!

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

I want prices marked on ads, and if they aren't, I do mouse-over to find out. Having to hit "pay" to find out how much something costs is somewhat irritating.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

I like the compartments, it's nicely organized. I don't like very open floor plans, I am especially unhappy when forced to fly or cam to examine things!

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

I would probably be less inclined to explore with seperate buildings.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

I have yet to see a live model in your store.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

The store isn't laggy for me at all.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): below what I'd be willing to pay!
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): too high
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): just about right
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): just about right
e. Hair: just about right
f. Eyes: just about right

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?

I like both styles equally. Creativity is important, regardless.

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)

I first became aware of your store when you occupied ETD's free space for a month.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

That's a hard question, I like both options

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

Yes, I mouse over to see the price

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

Yes, but only because I am not quite sure what of yours belongs to which collection. I mostly stick with the everyday stuff.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

Less convenient. I'd most likely just go into one part of it and not explore.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

I've never seen a live model in your store.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

It's not laggy for me.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): About market average.
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): Maybe a little too low honestly, but I tend to buy the fatpacks of these and I may not do that if they were really high. I like that they're lower (obviously :P)

I like contemporary-type things and historical pieces. I would love to see more long necklaces with a historical feel.

1. How did you find out about this store? I saw a mention on Style Disorder.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

I definitely would prefer eyes in a certain color, for instance, several different styles of green eyes.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price? I usually mouse over the posters to see how much things are before I pay.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)? No, I like the set up of the store as it is now.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

I'm sure it would be more convenient to have a store for each separate area. However, I think most times I come to the store, I'd likely just go to the store section I was interested in.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models? No. Often when I got the live model isn't there.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here? It's never been overly laggy for me. It's actually great to shop there. :)

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): just about right
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): below
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): fair
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): just about right
e. Hair: right
f. Eyes: below

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other? I prefer your contemporary items, though the fantasy pieces are nice too.

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments? I LOVE that you can select the permissions on your vendors.

yay free eyes :D

1. I saw your ad in the SL new products forum and the blog on Fashion Planet.

2. No, I like the variety. It's the spice of life!

3. Somewhat aware. I do check the price and think of how it compares to other stores I've been at and if it's within my budget. Unless I HAVE to have it, then I just take a quick look and take the plunge!

4. NO! I love the depts. It makes it unique. One big open store is Wal-Mart. I like to see the architecture of place :)

5. If the architecture is eye catching, I'll explore. More variety in stores the better!

6. More interested. I saw the dress on a model and liked it better!

7. Not laggy at all and it does matter how often I shop there. Unless there's something I've GOT TO HAVE. Then I'll suffer any lag to get it :)

8. a. Jewelry (Miriel line): just about right
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): absolutely perfect!
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): just about right
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): just about right
e. Hair: just about right
f. Eyes: REALLY good deal

9. More historical fantasy pieces but still a few modern pieces for variety.

10. I love how simple the layout of the store is but with some artistic touches here and there. If lag wouldn't be a problem, I'd love to see different architectual layouts :) Keep up the great work! Your creations are classic as are you! :D

1. i first read ur blog on fashion world of sl~

2. i'd still prefer a variety of eye shades as i love to collect different shades, but it always depends on the eye packs.

3. yeah, mouse over to read the price.

4. no, it's most likely that i'd get lost...

5. more convenient, but i dont think i'd explore the different buildings unless im just coming to check out stuff~
6. yep, definitely!! it's always good to see the real thing on a live model. and if they look good in the products, i'd consider buying the same things as well. sometimes the pictures are too beautiful that i doubt if the real things look the same, especailly when it comes to the prim part. i do pay attention to the live models lol~

7. it's not laggy at all, but it does impact how much i shop at a laggy place.

8. a. Jewelry (Miriel line): high. i mean, definately too high.
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): low
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): just about right
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): hmm, i'd say low
e. Hair: not sure
f. Eyes: about right

9. oh i love both, tho i personally prefer the historical and fantasy ones :)

10. the store is really nice :) it's enjoyable to shop there~~

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)

I think either from a friend or from wandering the Nouveau sim.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

I like the wide variety, as I'm much more likely to completely change my eye colour than different shades of the one colour.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

If I like an item the price isn't an issue for me so I generally just find out the price when I go to pay.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

I definitely like the departments better. Open is confusing.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

Probably just go to the one I came for... but imagining I was new to your store I would explore.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

No... live models are purely decorative for me... like a nice pot plant. I don't really notice what they're wearing... although one of your live models IMed me while I was shopping to tell me I was an inspiration to her... so ego -stroking live models make the shopping experience fun/creepy. I'm undecided.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

I've never had any lag problems in your store or any of the Nouveau sim for that matter.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?

I'm going to leave this one blank because pricing is something I have no idea about.

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?

Contemporary for me I'd say... although everything you make is stunning.

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?

You're one of the finest jewelers in SL, I love your current store and I can't wait to see what you come up with if you chose to remodel.

1. I didn't see a particular review so much as a general air of "Miriel is God of [eyes/prims/etc]" which clearly required investigation. I have no idea which blog, it just seemed to be a given pretty much everywhere.

2. I only really wear hazellish eyes, so from my point of view single-colour packs would make more sense, yes. Even when I do vary them it's within a similar spectrum, greener or greyer.

3. Mouseover, yes. Very useful. Actually, your vendors are quite definitely my favourite in SL. I have even taken someone to your shop to behold and admire them. I am sad like that.

4. I do like the current layout rather a lot. Lovely sense of space, easy to navigate.

5. But it's perfect now! How can you improve on perfection? Separate departments make sense somewhere like, say, Sin Skins where it's good to have one's pet skin tone all in one place, but your things complement one another so well that it'd seem strange to separate them further. I have found myself buying things specifically to go with something else I just bought from you, and the current setup makes that amazingly easy.

6. Yup, I'd normally be a bit nervous of such a plan (I hide from RL assistants too) but seeing a dress in 3D is fantastic for instant-impact in a way no 2D representation really can be.

7. I'm in the UK so my experience may be non-peak, but I've never met lag.

8.
Jewellery - seems high initially, but is comparable to many other high-end jewellers and I'm inclined to wear simple clothes with swanky accessories so I do find high prices fairly reasonable. Jewellery is hard.

Everyday jewellery - perhaps the size of the gap between these and the main line makes the latter seem extra pricey, which isn't really fair because the everyday prices are amazingly low. I always find that I spend similar amounts in lower-priced shops, eg buying several colour variants at Pixel Dolls and still coming out feeling quite cheerful abut my expenditure, so it's amazing having the "buy them all" option quite so available, but you could quite easily put these prices up a bit and still have them seem amazingly low without making the other prices seem scarier by comparison.

Clothing - fairly OK given that the clothes have a sense of Occasion that tends to make higher prices seem reasonable. I doubt I'd be more likely to buy if they were a bit lower.

Everyday clothing - I impulse-bought this without much refection so the pricing must work...

Hair and eyes - pretty much standard for SL and thus ideal. When there's a standard price for a thing sticking to it usually works, I think. Higher is offputting, lower can seem a bit bargain-basement.

9. I don't tend to go for Sensible much in SL and your non-contemporary stuff is distinctive and well-made and thus tends to attract my tiny-attention-spanned eye, whereas I'm rarely too enthused about things I'd wear to sit around and talk to the cat. Your stuff encourages me not to be Normal, which I appreciate very much.

10. Your glitteriness is beautifully judged but it'd be nice to turn it off even so. Not even so much aesthetically as because I'm a bit headache-prone and a matte avatar is nice at such times. Obviously turning off the computer would be better plan but that's pretty unlikely.

Oh, and more old-gold would be good. I like dullness. But again, a personal thing rather than a Vast Judgement.

2. I tend to wear greens but don't mind the variety of colors at all.

3. Usually I mouse over, I like to see prices in the ads too. But for eyes, I just buy the set.

4. I like the departments, I wish more stores used them. Open layouts are more laggy.

5. I prefer the departments.

6. Yes.

7. It is not laggy at all.

8:
a: just about right
b: it's a steal! I like that the price is newbie friendly. I don't think anyone complain about a small increase.
c: about right
d: about right
e: about right
f: worth more, raise the price a little.

9. I don't really have a preference. I tend not to have opportunities to wear the "princess" jewelry, but I do think they're pretty.

10. You always look so pretty in your ads.

YAY Zomg I get to answer questions <3

1. I heard about you from a friend, who overheard my frustration at at my eyes being way too huge for my shape. She said not only did you have the most gorgeous eyes, yours were simply the best size wise ^_^ (and now you've spoiled me and made me never ever buy any other sized eye ever again)

2. I really prefer eye collections with the shades all together in variations of one color. It's how I'm used to getting them, and I really only ever wear eyes that are strictly cool colors. I love your funkier shades too... I just don't wear 'em =/

3. In your case, if I see something I like, money isn't a thought in my head. It is simply... GIMME!

4. Definitely keep the store broken up. I really like the room for eyes, room for clothes... although if you feel like making it more spacious, the jewelry could definitely be lumped together. But SL doesn't need another warehouse.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

I don't think I'd explore... rooms yes, buildings probably not. Not sure why, must be psychology thing... Like there's almost too much commitment to walking across the square to another mini-store.

6. When I see the live models, it's usually after I've bought everything. But it is very nice to be able to see your incredible craftsmanship "life size" as it were.

7. Lag is really only a problem during really big sales like your last one, or that scavenger hunt, when there were many, many avatars. Aside from that, lag hasn't been too much of an issue.

8. Your prices are delicious, and of course your clothing prices are just ridiculously low in some cases ;) Your eyes are a very fair price for the best out there, maybe some of the formal jewelry makes me falter a bit ("will I really wear it?"), but it's worth more lindens to have something made with the quality that you put out.

9. Like Juushika said, the contemporary is more wearable. I find myself throwing on the Retro dress much more often than the Elaine, and yet there is far too few excellent quality gowns that can be considered period. So just for the sake of putting something out into Second Life that doesn't exist, please don't stop making the delicious fantasy gowns... just make some contemporary things too <3

10. I continue the long necklace demand! I'm trying to make some myself, but you have far more love and passion for jewelry and I really want to see how you tackle it :)

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.) Saw you menioned on Linden Lifestyles blog.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade? I like the variety, sometimes I don't know myself which I'll like best until I try them on! ;)

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price? Always mouse over the vendor to read the price. Pricing is important to me.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)? As it is now works just fine, but open floor would not be a bad thing.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for? Less convenient to me, I like everything where I have easy access.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models? No.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here? No lag generally, pleasant shopping experience. Doesn't affect my shopping either way, I would still visit unless leg was unbearable.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): Fair price
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): Fair price
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): I don't really buy much clothing, can't comment.
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): I don't really buy much clothing, can't comment.
e. Hair: Fair price
f. Eyes: Fair price

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments? No other comments, love your products and the store :)

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)
I saw it on a blog on the fashion planet feed.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?
One shade at a time-- I am a brown girl generally, and while I will pick up another color now and then, I am more likely to pick up a pack of all brown shades.
3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?
Very aware..I always check before I buy, particularly because I usually want more than one piece.
4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?
Sections are convenient for me
5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?
I would just go into the one I came for...I usually browse only if it is a painless (read: lagless) experience. The greater the distance the likelier a little lag will make me impatient and will make me give up.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?
Interested. I like seeing how pieces wear, and it's helped to see that.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?
Varies. It does impact how long I stay but not necessarily how many times I shop. I usually target shop-- I see something on a blog or a notice and I drop by if it draws my eye.
8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line): High
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line): Below
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently): About right.
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now): Below.
e. Hair: Not familiar.
f. Eyes:Not familiar.

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?
Historical or fantasy pieces-- I think contemporary is quite easy to find, but a well thought out historical piece will make me want to spend the linden.

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments? I love permissions. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.)

-- Mentioned in Fashion Angels blog.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

-- I like misc. shades -- it's fun to try different ones out.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

-- Sometimes I try to mouse over things (not in your store specificlly, and it takes so long that I right click and choose pay just to see how much it is. I can always cancel.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

-- Departments make it easier to shop, I think.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

-- I would explore. I think separate buildings are a great idea -- helps with the lag issue.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

-- No, I don't like live models in the stores, it makes me self-conscious. I prefer to browse when there's no one around.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

-- It's a bit laggy sometimes, but not as bad as some others.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line):

-- I think it's high. I know there's a lot of work involved, but it's hard for me to justify a purchase at those prices.

b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line):

-- Probably fine.

c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently):

-- about right.

d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now):

-- about right.

e. Hair:

-- fine.

f. Eyes:

-- fine

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?

-- Contemporary. I have little interest in historical

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?

I think a survey is a great idea! Thanks for the opportunity to give some feedback.

1. How did you find out about this store?

>>> I believe I first saw it mentioned on a blog (Linden Lifestyles?).

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade?

>>> I really like the multi-shade collections. Which I was surprised by. Because of these collections I actually switch my eye colour more often to match outfits and hair colours.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price?

>>> Yes, generally.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)?

>>> I mainly shop for eyes at your store, so I like that it is it's own contained room and right by the front door. And your collection is a good size so that you can find what you are looking for. If it were all in a big room, I would probably see more of your products, but I would still like to have each section of the room labeled so I knew where to go.

>>> I also really like the "New" or "Featured" wall that you have. I always look their first.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for?

>>> Similar to above question. If there were teleports from each location to each location, I woudl probably visit more of the individual stores (it sounds like they might be a little spread out). Also, I think that having a little cross merchandising would help :)

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models?

>>> I have never seen a live model in your store.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here?

>>> I don't find it too laggy. It takes an extra minute or so to rexz, but once that happens, I don't find it laggy.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line):
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line):
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently):
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now):
e. Hair:
f. Eyes:

a. fair to a touch on the high side for some of the pieces.

b. great prices!

c. perfect

d. not familiar

e. not familiar

f. I'd even pay a little more for your eyes :)

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other?

>>> historical

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?

>>> I really like that you offer the choice between copy or transfer. I really love your eyes! Keep up the awesome work!!

1. How did you find out about this store? (You saw a product of mine mentioned on a blog, you saw my ad at NCI, a friend bought one of my products, etc.) I read about you on Linden Lifestyles blog.

2. The eye collections (the four packs that sell for L$125) contain a wide variety of eye shades (for example, the natural collections typically have a blue, a green, a brown, etc.). Do you like this, or would you prefer them to be focused around only one eye shade? I like a broader selection of shades. I have a tendency to change my appearance a lot.

3. How aware are you of an item's price before you actually right click and choose "pay"? Do you mouse over the vendor to read the price? I always mouse over vendors and am very aware of the price of anything I consider buying.

4. The store is broken up into departments. Would you prefer a more open floor plan (such as one big room that contained everything)? I like departments but I like wide open areas (doorways, etc.) that are easy to naviagate if I actually bother to move anything besides my camera around. I think it's easier to find things when they are not all lumped in one big space.

5. I'm thinking of breaking the store up into a bunch of little buildings (one for eyes, one for jewelry, etc.) around a central area. Would you find this more convenient or less? Do you think you would explore the different buildings, or just go into the one containing what you came for? I would probably find a lot of little buildings less enjoyable. I would probably explore them if it was three or fewer. More than three and things get too choppy for me. If they're close enough together to be easily accessible by camera that might be ok.

6. Have you gotten interested -- or more interested -- in one of my products after seeing it on one of my live models? I haven't seen any of your products on live models.

7. How laggy is the store for you? Does this impact how much you shop here? I haven't noticed lag in your store.

8. For each of these product lines, do you think my prices are too high, a fair amount below what you'd be willing to pay, or just about right?
a. Jewelry (Miriel line):
b. Jewelry (Miriel Everyday line):
c. Clothing (Miriel line -- this would be everything but the Little Retro Dress, currently):
d. Clothing (Miriel Everyday line -- this is just the Little Retro Dress, right now):
e. Hair:
f. Eyes:

I think your prices are about right for all categories, possibly a bit lower than I would be willing to pay in some instances.

9. Do you like my contemporary items better, or do you prefer my historical and fantasy pieces? Would you like to see more of one or the other? I prefer historical/fantasy pieces in general. I am not the biggest fan of contemporary clothing in SL in general.

10. Is there anything else about the store that you dislike, or do you have any other comments?
